i always buy my phones on amazon. it's always cheaper and more convenient. i have since upgraded to the xs max, but i loved this phone when i had it. there were absolutely no flaws when i received it (cracks, dents, scratches, etc). it looked and operated like a brand new iphone. all of the switches, touch id, cameras, etc worked perfectly fine. i used this with straight talk and had no issues putting my sim card in and getting signal.one thing to note is that you will have to buy your own headphone adapter (they're about $9 on apple's website) if you don't have airpods/wireless headphones since the headphone jack is now gone. the package only included a white box, the phone in protective films, a couple of info papers, and a charger.overall, i'm extremely happy with my purchase and i will buy again if the time arises.

Bought one for my teenage daughter about a year ago and she loved it. She also broke it twice. Shattered the screen 4 months in, we replaced it then she REALLY broke it again recently. So I just ordered a new one as the price went down over $100 in the last year.
I honestly don't know anything about iPhones so 8, 8+, SE, 13, none of that means anything to me. But my kid likes it and they've come in perfect condition and unlocked so we're happy

I returned a IPhone from another seller because the screen would not respond to touch. I then ordered this one. I am very pleased with it so far and have had it for 10 days. The phone was very clean and all functions seem to be working fine. I think that Amazons refurb warranty is great as it gives you confidence that you can return it if necessary and get your money back as I did with the phone that I had ordered from the other which was aIphone Xs. I like the fact that the 8 plus has a home button!

The iPhone 8+ looks new and my wife and I were satisfied with the price. They arrived within the time element we were told to expect, we were able to get them set up and usable within a couple days. Our only drawback is that, with the protective shield that goes on the face of the phone, the numbers and and letters are not very sensitive to the touch. Sometimes we have to really push hard to inter a phone number or type out a text. The battery life is a major improvement over the 6s units we replaced.

To me, this is not exceptional condition. The outward appearance is satisfactory but battery life is key and this one doesn't live up to Amazon's promise. I need this phone now so I can't take the time to send it back for replacement. What is Amazon willing to do to make up the difference to me? I have a iPhone cover in my cart I would like and am willing to accept that as compensation.

I purchased this iPhone 8 Plus because I wanted a home button and this was the last plus phone Apple made with a home button. The phone looks like new—-absolutely no scratches or marks on it. And it works like a new phone. But the battery health was only 75% and Amazon had promised at least 80%. I contacted the seller, Avant Solutions. They very promptly contacted me and gave a credit towards the cost of a new battery. I was very pleased with their quick resolution of the problem. I am glad to recommend them. I would be glad to order from them again.

There’s a green dot at the bottom of this phone. Battery last half a day. It goes from 30% to 1% in the matter on 6-7 minutes. The touch screen sometimes does not work. Not worth it for the price.

Para ser la primera vez que adquiero un producto reacondicionado como de MOBO Shop, la experiencia es bastante positiva. Si bien no incluyen un cargador y cable lightning MFI, se agradece que lo adjunten al igual que la herramienta para la bandeja SIM. En cuanto al estado estético del equipo (iPhone 8 plus) es magnífico. Se notan algunos rayones minúsculos tanto en la parte posterior y los laterales producto del tiempo y son tolerables. La pantalla es genuina de Apple en ángulos de visión y por True Tone. La única desventaja real es la condición de la batería.
